Updated October 30, 2026, 07:00 UTC to reflect Binance TH’s latest service notice. The earlier two-way crypto-transfer suspension is retained below as historical context.
Latest Thai notice narrows the restriction
Binance TH says crypto deposits are operating normally; only digital-asset withdrawals remain temporarily paused. Trading and Thai-baht deposits and withdrawals are also normal, according to its latest service-status update.
The matching official English post appeared at 06:36 UTC on October 30. It says initial checks found no irregularities, while further withdrawal checks continue. No withdrawal restart time was given. This is a company assessment, not independent verification.
How this differs from the first notice
In its earlier October 30 announcement, Gulf Binance had announced a precautionary suspension of both digital-asset deposits and withdrawals. It described Binance TH as a separate legal entity with dedicated custody and segregated cold wallets.
The latest notice describes deposits as unaffected and operating normally; it does not specify when any change took effect. Readers should therefore use the narrower current service description without treating the post’s publication time as a measured restart time.
Binance.US says its services are unaffected
In its official statement on X, Binance.US said the reported Binance.com incident had not affected its platform. It described its business as separate and independent, and said customer funds and services were secure and operating normally.
Chief executive Steve Gregory separately said no asset custody was shared between Binance.US and Binance. His post was published at 21:23 UTC on October 29; the company statement followed at 21:41 UTC.
That is an operational assurance from the company, not an independent audit of its finances or a guarantee about future availability. Equally, a precautionary suspension at another entity does not itself establish that entity suffered a loss.
Match the notice to the account
The useful distinction is between the platform named in a notice and the broader brand. Customers reading a transfer update need to establish which operator issued it, which services it covers and whether a later notice supersedes it. A reopening estimate from one business should not be imported into another business's announcement.
Those distinctions prevent two opposite errors: assuming every regional service has stopped, or assuming an unaffected-platform statement clears every other platform. The notices here support neither conclusion.
