If you believe a Token Press article contains a factual error, email contact@thetokenpress.com with the subject “Correction request”.
What to include
- The article URL and headline.
- The specific statement you believe is incorrect.
- The correction you propose and supporting evidence, preferably an original record or primary source.
- An email address where we can reach you if clarification is needed.
How corrections are handled
We assess the evidence before changing a factual claim. When a material error is corrected, the article should explain what changed and show the correction date. Its original publication date should remain intact. Minor spelling or formatting fixes need not change the substance or imply a newly reported story.
Where the evidence is disputed or incomplete, an update may explain the uncertainty rather than present a contested claim as resolved. A request does not automatically result in removal or a change.
Sending your request
The contact page can prepare an email draft. You must send that draft from your email app. We do not promise a fixed response time.
