French blockchain investment firm Capital B (The Blockchain Group, ISIN: FR0011053636, ticker: ALCPB) has strengthened its crypto reserves with the purchase of an additional 12 Bitcoin, bringing its total holdings to 2,812 BTC.
The acquisition was financed through an “ATM-type” capital increase conducted with asset manager TOBAM at a price of €1.70 per share, raising €1.2 million ($1.4 million). The newly acquired Bitcoin expands the group’s long-term accumulation strategy, which pairs steady treasury growth with ongoing development of its subsidiaries in Data Intelligence, AI, and decentralized technologies.

In practical terms, this equates to a net gain of 662.4 BTC YTD (502.7 BTC QTD), representing a €63.6 million YTD gain and €48.2 million QTD gain in euro terms.
The company framed the move as part of its dual-focus strategy: building one of the larger Bitcoin corporate treasuries in Europe while continuing to expand its operational footprint across emerging tech sectors.
