TRANSITION FROM BINANCE ALPHA TO SPOT MARKET
Before the spot listing, Centrifuge was already available for trading through Binance Alpha Market. The exchange also clarified that trading volume from the spot market will not be counted toward Binance Alpha Points after the transition.
ABOUT THE CENTRIFUGE PROJECT
Centrifuge is a blockchain-based platform focused on bringing real-world assets (RWA) into decentralized finance (DeFi). The project enables businesses to tokenize traditional financial assets such as invoices, loans, and
real estate so they can be used within blockchain-based financial systems.
Through this model, companies can use their real-world assets as collateral to access funding from decentralized liquidity pools. At the same time, investors can participate in these pools and potentially earn yield backed by real-world assets.
Centrifuge also operates the Tinlake protocol, which allows asset-backed pools to be created for decentralized lending. The platform aims to connect traditional finance with DeFi by creating a bridge between off-chain assets and blockchain infrastructure.
With the upcoming Binance listing, Centrifuge is expected to gain broader market exposure as traders gain direct access to the CFG token on one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in the world.
